Available exclusively at employers who offer Instant, the Instant Financial app provides verified employees who are paid through Instant with convenient daily access to their earned wages and/or tips, without any additional charges.

By connecting your Instant card to your Instant account, you can easily receive your wages and/or tips, make in-store and online purchases, and withdraw cash from any ATM. Through the Instant app, you can stay informed with important notifications, take advantage of Instant Pay offers, check your real-time balance and recent activity, locate the nearest ATM for free cash withdrawals, and transfer funds to your bank account.

Instant puts you in control of how you receive your pay.

GETTING STARTED

1. Create an Instant account using your email address and password.
2. Provide your personal information for verification purposes.
3. Pair the Instant card received from your manager by scanning the barcode on your welcome letter.
4. Add your employer and job details.
5. Once verified, you will receive your daily earned wages and/or tips directly to your Instant card.

NO USAGE FEES

At Instant, we believe in a fee-free approach. We do not charge fees for receiving, spending, or accessing your money. However, any avoidable fees such as a 90-day inactivity fee or off-network ATM withdrawal fee will be applicable. For a full list of fees, please refer to our respective Cardholder Agreements:

PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS

Please note that certain merchants, such as gas stations, restaurants, hotels, and car rental agencies, may place temporary pre-authorization holds on your card to ensure its validity and sufficient funds for the transaction. These holds are typically released within 5 days or sooner once the transaction is completed. However, some merchants like hotels and car rental agencies may have holds that can last up to 45 days.

BANK TRANSFERS

If you initiate a bank transfer before 1PM ET, it may take an estimated 2 business days to process and appear in the destination bank account. Transfers made after 1PM ET may take up to an estimated 3 business days.

If you need to access your money sooner, you can visit an ATM to withdraw cash and then deposit it into your bank account on the same day.

RESTRICTIONS

Please be aware that you can only load your Instant card with wages, tips, or reimbursements received from your employer.
