<p>Available exclusively at employers who offer Instant, the Instant Financial app provides verified employees who are paid through Instant with convenient daily access to their earned wages and/or tips, without any additional charges.</p>

<p>By connecting your Instant card to your Instant account, you can easily receive your wages and/or tips, make in-store and online purchases, and withdraw cash from any ATM. Through the Instant app, you can stay informed with important notifications, take advantage of Instant Pay offers, check your real-time balance and recent activity, locate the nearest ATM for free cash withdrawals, and transfer funds to your bank account.</p>

<p>Instant puts you in control of how you receive your pay.</p>

<h2>GETTING STARTED</h2>
<ol>
  <li>Create an Instant account using your email address and password.</li>
  <li>Provide your personal information for verification purposes.</li>
  <li>Pair the Instant card received from your manager by scanning the barcode on your welcome letter.</li>
  <li>Add your employer and job details.</li>
  <li>Once verified, you will receive your daily earned wages and/or tips directly to your Instant card.</li>

  <li>Easily pair a new or replacement Instant card to your Instant account.</li>
  <li>Receive notifications for available Instant Pay offers.</li>
  <li>Stay informed about payments received, net pay balance, and tips.</li>
  <li>Access your daily wages and/or tips immediately on your Instant card.</li>
  <li>Check your account balance and review recent transactions.</li>
  <li>Find the nearest ATM for free cash withdrawals through the MoneyPass ATM Network (US) or the Exchange ATM Network (Canada).</li>
  <li>Safeguard your card by freezing and unfreezing it in case of loss or theft.</li>
  <li>Transfer money to another bank account with one-time or recurring transfers.</li>
  <li>Receive support via email, chat, or phone call.</li>
  <li>Update your personal information directly in the app.</li>
  <li>Pay bills (available in Canada only, coming soon to the US).</li>

<h2>NO USAGE FEES</h2>
<p>At Instant, we believe in a fee-free approach. We do not charge fees for receiving, spending, or accessing your money. However, any avoidable fees such as a 90-day inactivity fee or off-network ATM withdrawal fee will be applicable. For a full list of fees, please refer to our respective Cardholder Agreements:</p>

<h2>PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS</h2>
<p>Please note that certain merchants, such as gas stations, restaurants, hotels, and car rental agencies, may place temporary pre-authorization holds on your card to ensure its validity and sufficient funds for the transaction. These holds are typically released within 5 days or sooner once the transaction is completed. However, some merchants like hotels and car rental agencies may have holds that can last up to 45 days.</p>

<h2>BANK TRANSFERS</h2>
<p>If you initiate a bank transfer before 1PM ET, it may take an estimated 2 business days to process and appear in the destination bank account. Transfers made after 1PM ET may take up to an estimated 3 business days.</p>

<p>If you need to access your money sooner, you can visit an ATM to withdraw cash and then deposit it into your bank account on the same day.</p>

<h2>RESTRICTIONS</h2>
<p>Please be aware that you can only load your Instant card with wages, tips, or reimbursements received from your employer.</p>
